Getting Started
Knowing how important your senior pictures will be to you, before your photo session we will take the time to talk about you in an easy-going affirming way with plenty of time and no rushing. We will find out about the things you like, tell you what to expect from your session, answer all your questions and find out which session is just right for you. With all this behind you, you’ll know your session will be a blast. My goal is to capture you at your most natural with your unique qualities. Who says this won’t be a blast. No posed dry representation here.
If your camera shy or have never been in front of the camera before, no worries, be yourself and I will do the rest. Most seniors haven’t modeled before but do very well. Often they are surprised at how much fun they actually have and how easy it is to relax and pose.
We will preview your actual shots as we work, take in your feedback and make lighting and angle adjustments until we get the shot that works for you.

Senior Tips, Questions & Answers
Where do we take my senior portraits?
- We choose a custom location based on your style and preferences. If you have a special location in mind just let me know.
- We can photograph at parks, fields, junk yards, warehouses, lakes, pools, family ranches, blueberry farms and other locations that had special meaning to you.
Can someone come with me to the session?
- Friends or parents are welcome and often can be a help. However, if they distract you, it may be best to meet them when the session is over. You're welcome to have a couple of shots with a boyfriend/girlfriend, best friend, sibling, or parent at no extra charge.
Can I get a disc of my photos?
What about my yearbook photo?
- Yes you get to keep all your session photos in high resolution.
What about my yearbook photo?
- A yearbook photo is included with your senior session and will be sent to your school electronically. Check with your school for specific yearbook clothing requirements and/or restrictions. Logos and product brands may be prohibited.
- Provide us with the submission details and we'll take care of the rest!
